The EVOverse

The Caravagna lab and Sottoriva lab (www.sottorivalab.org) have established EVOverse, a collaborative project between the University of Trieste and Human Technopole, to develop new artificial intelligence and population genetics methods to measure clonal evolution from cancer sequencing data.
