Cancer Data Science Laboratory
Principal Investigator: Giulio Caravagna
The Cancer Data Science (CDS) Lab develops computational technologies for bulk and single-cell cancer data analysis, which we use to study tumours as an evolutionary process.
We are primarily interested in theoretical and applied Data Science for Computational Oncology and Bioinformatics. Among our contributions there are model-based tools to measure clonal evolution from high-throughput sequencing data.
