Cancer Data Science Laboratory
Principal Investigator: Giulio Caravagna
The Cancer Data Science (CDS) Lab is a group of computational scientists that develops technologies for bulk and single-cell cancer data analysis, studying cancer as an evolutionary process.
We are primarily interested on:
Data Science and Artificial Intelligence methods for NGS;
Computational Cancer Biology and Bioinformatics;
Machine Learning for cancer clonal evolution;
May 21: Nicola joined the lab as postdoctoral fellow on Artificial Intelligence for clonal evolution under therapy.
May 21: Giulio will be lecturing at the Como School on Cancer Development Complexity;
Feb 21: a new preprint is available on integrated quality control of somatic cancer calls
Jan 21: a new preprint is available to genotype copy number alterations from single-cell RNA sequencing data.
Dec 21: Riccardo joined the lab as postdoctoral fellow on mathematical modelling for evolutionary processes.
Jan 21: we have been awarded a competitive MFAG AIRC grant to study clonal evolution under therapy!
